Why the “Wholesome Edit”

It’s about stripping away the noise. We “edit” out the toxins, the stress, and the overcomplication to get back to what actually nourishes your body and soul. Healthy meals, simple wellness routines, and intentional living.

Hi, I’m Rezz.

As an accredited Holistic Health and Life Coach, I believe that every part of our lives is connected: how we eat, how we think, how we feel, and even how we care for ourselves.

I didn’t always know this; in fact, my uni days were spent studying Economics and Statistics, a world away from the balanced, intentional “wholesome” lifestyle I embrace today.

My journey began out of necessity. I spent years fighting my own body: PCOS, hirsutism, allergies, and stubborn acne. On the inside, I was an overthinker, a “cry-baby,” and someone who struggled to manage the weight of my emotions. Through it all, I learned one powerful truth: you cannot heal the body without healing the mind.

The Wholesome Edit is a curation of everything I’ve learned about finding that delicate balance. From what we eat to how we feel, I’m here to help you simplify your routine and find a lifestyle that feels as good as it looks.

FAQ

My approach focuses on ‘The Edit’, simplifying nutrition, managing stress, and finding balance. You can find my full journey and specific tips in the ‘Wellness’ section.

I am an accredited Holistic Health and Life Coach. While I share my personal journey and expertise, the content on this blog is for informational purposes and should not replace professional medical advice.

Start with our “Wellness” pillar. I share exactly how I dealth with these struggles by focusing on hormone-balancing foods and routines and anti-inflammatory foods and habits that feel sustainable, not restrictive.

Not here. We focus on “Food First” and lifestyle shifts. While some supplements help (looking at you, magnesium glycinate), the most wholesome changes usually happen in your kitchen and your daily routine.

By embracing it! I mean, the only way out is through right? In our “Lifestyle” section, we talk about honoring your emotions without letting them drive the car. That’s the key. Balance isn’t about not crying; it’s about knowing how to ground yourself afterward.
